Jimmy Buffett was released from the hospital after being admitted last week after a check-up in Boston that resulted in him saying he had "some issues that needed immediate attention."
Buffett says, "Thank you for the outpouring of support and well wishes..." adding that he's now going "for a fishing trip with old friends, along with paddling and sailing [to] get myself back in good shape. Once I am in shape, we will look at the when’s and where’s of shows. I think playing is as therapeutic for me as it is for fans to listen and sing along..."
This setback, which resulted in his second hospital visit in nine months, caused the postponement last Saturday of his concert in Charleston, South Carolina.
Jimmy should resume touring soon.
